Do you have a retail shop or showroom?
We operate as an online retailer only to keep prices low and offer a far wider range of designs than a single showroom could stock; opening a physical showroom would raise costs and limit choice, while online ordering lets you request any design—email a photo to sales@pyardiamonds.com or WhatsApp 07481 783731 and we’ll help you order it.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer secure shipping to the UK and internationally. All orders are insured and shipped via tracked courier services. UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14‑day return window for all items. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, faults, or if the item is not as described. Change‑of‑mind requests must be made before the item is shipped; once dispatched or delivered, change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted. Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs, but if the item is defective or not as described, we will cover return shipping. An administration fee of 20% will be deducted from any approved refund. Exchanges are provided for manufacturing defects, faults, or items not as described. Returned items are inspected on receipt; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval. Our typical production timeline for bespoke pieces is 3-4 weeks from the time your design is finalized and payment is received. This allows our master craftsmen to create your piece with meticulous attention to detail. We'll keep you updated throughout the creation process.
